Lewis Wagner. The Employment Law trial team at Lewis Wagner, led by partner Stephanie Cassman, secured a defense verdict last week in a federal race discrimination jury trial. Plaintiff previewed a $56 million demand in opening statements. The jury declined to award him the nearly $30 million he requested in closing argument. Cassman led the all-female trial team, which included DTCI colleagues Dina M. Cox, Lisa M. Dillman and Nabeela Virjee.
