The following 7th Circuit Court of Appeals opinion was posted after IL deadline:
United States of America v. Christopher Bour
14-2211, 15-1090
U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana, Hammond Division, Judge Rudy Lozano.
Criminal. Affirms life sentence, plus 85 years after Bour pleaded guilty to purchasing a child for the production of child pornography, three counts of producing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography. Affirms consideration of the sentencing-memorandum discussion of videos showing him masturbating, finds the imposition of consecutive terms was a procedural error, but legally harmless, and holds the restitution order was not handed down too late to bind him.
