Private reprimand
The Indiana Supreme Court issued a private reprimand Oct. 15 to a Tippecanoe County attorney after finding she engaged in attorney misconduct by communicating ex parte with a judge without authorization to do so.
Termination of suspension
Dejaun L. Bouvean, of Marion County, had his suspension for noncooperation with the Disciplinary Commission terminated by the Indiana Supreme Court, effective Oct. 16. He has now cooperated with the commission’s investigation.•
