The following 7th Circuit Court of Appeals opinion was posted after IL deadline Monday:
Charles Walker v. Kathy Griffin, superintendent, Miami Correctional Facility

15-2147
Appeal from U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division. Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson.
Civil. Affirms dismissal of Walker’s petition for writ of habeas corpus. The Indiana Court of Appeals’ conclusion that Walker’s Sixth Amendment right to counsel was not infringed meets the generous standards that apply under 28 U.S.C. Section 2254. Finds he did not receive ineffective assistance of appellate counsel.
