The (Terre Haute) Tribune-Star reported Monday that the trial is Feb. 21.
Both former facilities and transportation support Franklin Fennell and former school security liaison Frank Shahadey have pleaded not guilty. They were indicted last week.
Shahadey is expected in court Tuesday. He faces wire fraud and theft or bribery involving programs receiving federal funds.
Fennell is due in court on Jan. 4. He was indicted on wire fraud, theft or bribery involving programs receiving federal funds and lying to federal agents.
Shahadey is a former county deputy and remains in custody while awaiting trial. Fennell was released on his own recognizance.
