Nick Douglas Pledger, 25, told a Vigo County judge Wednesday that he was “consumed” with pornography and voyeurism websites when he clandestinely shot videos and photos in a women’s locker room and posted them online in 2015 and 2016.
Seven victims said in testimony or statements that they dread opening emails or text messages, fearful someone is sharing one of the images.
The Tribune-Star of Terre Haute reported Pledger was originally charged with 20 felony counts. He pleaded guilty to two counts each of voyeurism and public voyeurism and will serve his sentence in the county jail, not Indiana’s prison system.
