With the administration of President Donald Trump rolling back federal environmental regulations, two former EPA officials who served in the Obama administration will present a lecture next week titled “Reversing an Environmental Agenda: Will It Stick?”

Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of law professor Janet McCabe will be joined for the presentation by former Environmental Protection Agency administrator Gina McCarthy, now a professor at Harvard University Chan’s Center for Health and the Global Environment.
McCarthy led the EPA from 2013 until 2017. McCabe served as principal deputy before working as acting assistant administrator and clean air administrator from 2013-2017.
The presentation will be from 11:40 a.m.-12:40 p.m. Wednesday in Room 300 of the law school. The lecture will provide one hour of continuing legal education credit, pending approval.
The event is free, but attendees must register in advance here
