Suspension
Glenn E. Davis, Jr. was suspended for at least one year without automatic reinstatement, effective immediately, per an Aug. 22 order. Davis neglected a client’s case and failed to cooperate with the disciplinary commission’s investigation. Costs of the proceeding are assessed against Davis.
Former Porter County deputy prosecutor Trista A. Hudson was suspended for at least 18 months without automatic reinstatement, effective Oct. 10, per an Aug. 29 order. Hudson committed attorney misconduct by failing to disclose exculpatory evidence and by prosecuting a child molestation charge she knew was not supported by probable cause. Costs of the proceeding are assessed against Hudson.
Hendricks County attorney Michael Jeffries was suspended for at least three years without automatic reinstatement per an Aug. 21 order. Jeffries, who was already suspended for failure to cooperate with the disciplinary commission’s investigation, committed attorney misconduct by neglecting clients’ cases, maintaining two websites with misleading information, mismanaging his trust account, making false statements to the commission and failing to cooperate in the disciplinary process. Costs of the proceeding are assessed against Jeffries.•
