A northern Indiana man has pleaded guilty in a third county to having sex with women and not telling them he was HIV-positive.

Travis Spoor, 39, of Silver Lake, pleaded guilty Monday in St. Joseph County to malicious mischief. The South Bend Tribune reports a second count was dismissed in a plea agreement.

Spoor is due to be sentenced March 7 and could receive two years in prison under the plea agreement.

Spoor pleaded guilty to the same charge in three separate 2017 cases in Allen County and Marshall County in 2017. He received sentences of three years, one year and 18 months in prison and 18 months of home detention.

Court records show several women met Spoor online and had sex with him, unaware of his HIV status
