Personal injury attorneys based in Alabama and Ohio have partnered to launch a firm with new locations across the country, including in Indianapolis.
Alabama-based Alexander Shunnarah and Ohio-based Robert Schuerger II first teamed up in 2022 to form Schuerger Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, opening their first office in Columbus, Ohio. The firm recently announced the opening of 10 offices across Indiana, Ohio, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina and Missouri, including an Indianapolis office in the Regus Tower on downtown’s Illinois Street.
“We felt that the chemistry of both firms and coming together made sense since it takes a good customer service from the beginning of the case to the end of the case, and then a good trial service like Alex has. If you go to trial and litigate, both those are very important for client satisfaction,” Schuerger told Indiana Lawyer.
He added that they are continuing to look at growth for the firm.
“Partnering with Robert Schuerger has granted us the opportunity of expanding the esteemed proficiency and unwavering compassion for which Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is renowned, into fresh territories across the Midwest and Southeast,” Shunnarah said in a news release. “This partnership allows us to champion our clients’ causes with enhanced vigor and zeal.”
Schuerger said the firm is excited to be in the Hoosier State.
“The goal for the future of the firm is to continue to grow in areas where we think markets need a strong personal injury practice where both customer service and litigation services are at a premium,” he said.
