A Clark County judge will resume his duties on the bench this week after taking a medical leave of absence this past winter.
Senior Judge Susan L. Orth was appointed to serve pro tempore for Clark Circuit Court 1 Judge Daniel E. Moore on Jan. 26.
Moore recently notified the Indiana Supreme Court he’s prepared to resume his duties.
On Friday, the Supreme Court ordered Orth’s appointment end effective April 11 with Moore returning to his office.
