The Indiana Supreme Court has revoked the appointment of Senior Judge Jeffrey C. Eggers to serve on the Marion Circuit Court, effective Jan. 1, 2022.

Eggers had been appointed as Judge Pro Tempore when Marion Circuit Judge Sheryl Lynch stepped down because of health concerns, according to the revocation order issued Dec. 14. She subsequently notified the Supreme Court she would be retiring Dec. 31.

Magistrate Tiffany Vivo has been tapped by Gov. Eric Holcomb as the new Marion Circuit Court Judge, filling Lynch’s seat on the bench. She will assume her duties Jan. 1, 2022.
