The foundation’s ongoing grants and programs are maintained solely through the generosity and energy of its directors, fellows and donors.
Service with the IndyBar Foundation is a fun, meaningful experience that connects you to your colleagues and your community. Applications are now being accepted for positions on the board of directors. Though there are limited leadership opportunities within the board, every effort will be made to provide everyone expressing interest with opportunities to serve in some capacity for 2022.
The following vacancies exist for the coming year and must be filled by an attorney member. Board service will begin on Jan. 1, 2022.
• Vice president (serves one-year term and will automatically assume the office of president-elect in 2023)
• Secretary (one-year term, 2022)
• Treasurer (one-year term, 2022)
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion accountability director (new position, one-year term, 2022)
• At-Large director (two-year terms, 2022 and 2023, several vacancies)

The IndyBar Foundation will be led by Raegan Gibson, Paganelli Law Group in 2022.
