The first step in passing the bar begins with completing the bar exam application. As many who have gone through this process before know, the requirements can be cumbersome and inconvenient. IndyBar strives to set local law students up for a successful career in many ways, one of which is the Bar Application Clinic. At this event, IndyBar provides access to three necessary services to complete a bar exam application: obtaining certified copies of BMV records, an updated passport photo for identification, and fingerprinting.

96 students attended the open house format event on Thursday, March 7 in the atrium of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While students waited in line, IndyBar members who had recently passed the bar exam offered their time talking with students about what to expect in the coming weeks and months. IndyBar and its members know just how important it is to invest in the future of the Indianapolis legal community. From the only in-person bar review course in Indiana, APEX: Powered by IndyBar, to networking and professional events connecting students to future colleagues and employers, IndyBar will continue to find ways to ensure the future of the Indianapolis legal community has what they need to be successful before, during, and after law school.

The Law Student Division will hold its final Breakfast with the Bar of the spring semester on Thursday, April 11th from 8:15-9:15 a.m., hosting attorneys practicing in environmental law. APEX bar review courses will kick off on June 10.
