Kent Winingham of Wilson Kehoe Winingham has been selected to lead the Indianapolis Bar Foundation in 2026. Winingham is currently the Foundation’s treasurer, having previously chaired fundraising efforts for the organization. A personal injury attorney, Winingham focuses his practice on medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and motor vehicle collisions. He will serve as the foundation’s first vice president in 2024 and as president-elect in 2025.
“We’re very happy that Kent stepped forward to help lead the foundation in the coming years. He’s an excellent lawyer and a great volunteer. He’s personally worked tirelessly to raise tens of thousands of dollars for the foundation in just the last few years” said Travis Jensen of Johnson Jensen LLP, 2024 president of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation.
Selected for roles as officers of the foundation include Charley Smith of Paganelli Law Group as treasurer, Josh Timmons of J. Timmons Law for secretary and Tim Karns of Wagner Reese LLP as counsel to the board. Barath Raman will be the diversity, equity & inclusion director.
As determined by previous nomination, Briana Clark of Dentons Bingham Greenebaum will be president-elect. Elisabeth Edwards of Wanzer Edwards P.C., current IndyBar Foundation president, will remain on the board as immediate past president.
Chosen to join the 2024 board as directors serving two-year terms of office include Bryan Babb of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, BreAnna Davis of Frost Brown Todd LLP, Jon Ferguson of Healthy Hoosiers Foundation, April Jay of Kightlinger & Gray LLP, Andy Lehmann of TranUnion LLC, Jessica Meek of Dentons Bingham Greenebaum and Andrew Nevill of Woodard Emhardt Henry Reeves & Wagner LLP.
The 2024 board of directors will be celebrated at the Indianapolis Bar Association and Foundation installation gathering, to be held in January 2024.•
