An Indianapolis attorney has been appointed to the Indiana Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Andre Miksha was appointed to the Rules Committee in a Monday order for a term that will run through June 30, 2027.

He replaces Glenn Johnson, who resigned from the committee.

Miksha is the deputy director of administrative and civil law at the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council, according to LinkedIn.

Johnson is listed on the Indiana Roll of Attorneys as working for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

All justices concurred in In the Matter of the Appointment of Member to the Indiana Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure, 24S-MS-56.
