Noble Circuit Judge Michael J. Kramer will resume his duties at the courthouse in Albion next month after a temporary leave for health reasons, the Indiana Supreme Court said in a Thursday order.

The court’s order signed by Chief Justice Loretta Rush says Kramer will resume his duties on the bench effective April 5.

On Dec. 23, 2020, justices issued an order appointing Senior Judge G. David Laur to serve in Kramer’s stead beginning Dec. 28, 2020, noting Kramer would be unable to serve due to health reasons.

“Judge Kramer has notified this court that he is prepared to resume the duties of his office beginning on April 5, 2021,” Thursday’s order says.
