Criminal. Affirms William Scott Miles’ convictions of Class A felony child molesting, Class B felony sexual misconduct with a minor and Level 4 felony sexual misconduct with a minor. Finds the Marion Superior Court did not abuse its discretion in admitting victim K.M. and her mother’s testimony regarding Miles’ admission.
