Cory J. Brightharp v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
20A-CR-2318
Criminal. Affirms the revocation of Cory Brightharp’s suspended sentence after the Allen Superior Court found he violated his probation by refusing to abide by the standard and special conditions. Finds the evidence is sufficient to support the revocation.
Timothy Rush v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
20A-CR-2327
Criminal. Affirms the Howard Superior Court’s determination that Timothy Rush was not entitled to any credit time for his incarceration between July 27, 2019, and Jan. 16, 2020. Finds that because the trial court imposed consecutive sentences, Rush is ineligible for the additional credit time he seeks. Also finds no error in the trial court’s calculation of Rush’s credit time.
