Red Lobster Restaurants LLC v. Abigail Fricke

23S‐CT‐304

Civil tort. Affirms the Marion Superior Court’s denial of Red Lobster’s summary judgment motion. Finds Abigail Fricke’s initial omission did not deprive her of standing. Also finds judicial estoppel does not bar Fricke’s claim.
