Criminal. Affirms Christopher Bracken’s aggregate six-year sentence for conviction in Marion Superior Court of two counts of Level 5 felony failure to register as a sex offender and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. Craig Borodach v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
20A-CR-956
Criminal. Affirms Craig Borodach’s conviction and sentence of Level 5 felony battery resulting in bodily injury to a public safety official. Also finds he has not met his burden of presenting compelling evidence portraying in a positive light the nature of his offense or his character in order to overcome the trial court’s sentencing decision.
