Civil. Appeal from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division. Judge James Hanlon. The appellees’ attorneys: Kenneth Falk, Gavin Rose, Chase Strangio, Stevie Pactor, and Harper Samuel Seldin with the American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana.
