Criminal. Affirms Sammy Tinnin’s conviction in the Marion Superior Court of felony murder. Finds the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying Tinnin a continuance. Also finds no fundamental error occurred as a result of Exhibits 66 and 67 not being formally admitted into evidence. Finally, finds the state proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Tinnin murdered John Shockley.

Domestic relations with children. Affirms and reverses in part the denial of wife Shannon Kasinger Clark’s motion to correct error pertaining to the Second Amended Decree of Dissolution dividing the marital estate with husband John Gail Clark IV. Finds it is unclear which party is to pay the equalization payment. Remands for clarification of the Second Amended Decree as to which of the parties is to pay the $104,968.77 equalization payment.
