Finally, finds the state proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Tinnin murdered John Shockley.

Finds it is unclear which party is to pay the equalization payment. Remands for clarification of the Second Amended Decree as to which of the parties is to pay the $104,968.77 equalization payment.
