Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division. Judge James R. Sweeney II.
Criminal. Affirms Edwin Agbi’s convictions of mail fraud, use of a fictitious name in furtherance of mail fraud, conspiracy to commit mail fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering, and his 57-month sentence. Finds legally sufficient evidence supports each count of the indictment. Also finds the district court appropriately employed an obstruction-of-justice enhancement.

Criminal. Affirms the Montgomery Superior Court’s order revoking Shannon Leeann Zimmerman’s probation. Finds the trial court didn’t abuse its discretion when it ordered Zimmerman to serve the entirety of her previously suspended sentence.

Criminal. Affirms Justin Haller’s 2½-year sentence for Level 6 felony domestic battery in the presence of a child. Finds Haller has not demonstrated that his sentence is inappropriate based on the nature of his offense and his character.

Juvenile termination of parental rights. Affirms the involuntary termination of mother M.P.’s parental rights to her four minor children. Finds the Elkhart Circuit Court did not err.
