“Over the last several years, Church Church Hittle & Antrim has thrived and grown under the leadership of Steve Lutz and David Day as managing partners,” Pinegar, a partner in the firm’s litigation, school and education law, and appellate sections, said in a news release. “I am excited by the opportunity to now serve in the same capacity.”

Pinegar’s practice includes a variety of litigated matters, where he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases, commercial and business disputes, and appeals.

He is a graduate of Taylor University and the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Founded in 1880, CCHA provides myriad legal services to clients across a wide variety of practice areas through its 47 attorneys. It serves clients across Indiana with offices in Noblesville, Fishers, Fort Wayne, Tipton, Merrillville and Westfield.

“I am proud of our growth and development as a law firm,” Day said. “I am confident that our best years lie ahead.”
