Mental health. Affirms Marion Superior Court Judge David Certo’s order of temporary civil commitment for J.D. Finds the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center provided sufficient evidence to establish, under the clear and convincing evidence standard, that J.D. cannot provide for his essential human needs on his own due to his mental illness.
