My law firm recently confronted the discoverability of settlement documentary footage in a case involving a tractor-trailer collision in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, Hammond Division. The video depicted the human toll of the plaintiff’s catastrophic injuries through lay and expert witness statements and home videos.
